Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and certain postcodes within Scotland: PA20 or higher, PH20 or higher, AB36 or higher, all IV, HS and KW postcodes). Our courier does not offer a next day service to these postcodes and, as we ship frozen, this means we cannot guarantee the tempeh will arrive in good condition.
When do you ship?
We dispatch orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The cutoff time is 9am on the day of dispatch.
If you live in Bristol (postcodes BS1 to BS9), your order will arrive by bike courier on the same day as dispatch.
If you live anywhere else in the UK, your order should arrive the day after dispatch on a next day delivery service.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £4.99 for orders under £50, and FREE for orders over £50.
How is the tempeh going to be packaged, and will it remain cool?
We ship all of our orders in boxes lined with recycled denim which, in the same way as wool (but vegan!) keeps foods chilled or frozen for quite a while. We have tested these extensively, and have found our products will remain frozen for up to 48 hours. So this means that even if your order is delayed by a day, and sat on your porch until the evening, it should still be frozen. Just throw it all straight in the freezer as soon as you can.
Does someone need to be in to take the package?
Our packaging will keep the tempeh cool for up to 48 hours so it should be fine to sit on the doorstep or another appropriately safe place until you get home. Please make sure you specify a safe place for the courier to leave the parcel, or tell us which neighbour we should deliver it to. We’re unable to offer compensation for parcels damaged or lost whilst left on the doorstep.
